Context

To better serve families and students, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region undertook a redesign of its school transport platform. Our team responded by implementing a dedicated Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all devices, with a mobile-first approach to streamline the registration process.

Project Summary

The project focuses on the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, specifically the website dedicated to public transportation.

Initially, the Pollux agency responded to the public tender issued by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region. The project scope was then adapted and redefined as part of a master’s specialization project.

Stakeholders - clients

Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region → initial public tender, brand guidelines, and regional users.

Pollux Designers (Docapost) → oversight and evaluation of the master's project by the assigned mentors.

Team setting

Since this project was a specialization project for the final year of our UX-UI master's program, the teams were formed by the school. Our team was primarily composed of designers (two UX-UI designers, including myself, and one UX researcher) but also sought external insights and advice, such as feedback from web development master's students and guidance from our coaches, who brought diverse and valuable professional experience.

My role

My role evolved depending on project needs. Given my diverse background and technical expertise, I took on a multifaceted role within the team.
